DOCTORS' TEA PARTY Against ObamaCare: Aug. 7 in San Diego

(WEBTODAY)-- The revolt against ObamaCare and Socialization of 1/6 of the U.S. economy is no longer limited to the masses. Medical doctors are now revolting as well, launching their big national TEA Party rally August 7 in San Diego, sponsored by Association of American Physicians & Surgeons (AAPS).

Coordinating Talk Show interviews for spokespersons of the event is Special Guests, Inc., the nation's leading Public Relations and Communications firm connecting faith-based and conservative expert guests with national news media.

Featured speakers include: Harry Reid's opponent, U.S. Senate (Nevada) candidate Sharron Angle, Sally Pipes of Pacific Research Institute (author, "The Truth About ObamaCare"), talk show host Roger Hedgecock, US Congress (WA-03) candidate David Castillo, Joseph Farah of World Net Daily, Chuck Devore, and with special entertainment by conservative comedian Erik a.k.a. the Tygrrrr Express, and singer/songwriter and medical doctor, “Ricky Lee Jackson, with his new rock hit sensation, “We’re Going to Have a TEA ParTEA.”

Spokesman for the event is the “Singing Doctor,” Dr. Ricky Lee Jackson, who is available for interviews to give the teh skinny on the big Doctors' bash. Jackson been a small business owner and family-practice physician himself for more than 25 years, but as a successful country music recording artist, he also has been invited to be the event’s headline entertainer.

Jackson can discuss the Tea Party movement, his worst fears of a government-run healthcare industry, and what it’s going to take to repeal and replace the law, starting with the elections this fall.

Two of Dr. Jackson’s songs, Freedom, Family and Faith and We’re Gonna Have a Par-TEA, may be heard at Ricky Lee’s website: www.FreedomFamilyandFaith.com

While Dr. Jackson's melodies and lyrics put tingles up the patriotic spines of conservatives, Democrats who railed against the American majority and voted in March to pass Obama’s healthcare reform may experiencing a whole different set of emotions evoked, including, fear, dread and regret.

CONTACT: Interview requests for Dr. Ricky Lee Jackson should be directed to Amy Reis of Special Guests, Inc. at: 630-848-0750 or office@specialguests.com

ABOUT RICKY LEE JACKSON

Known affectionately in his community as the “singing doctor,” Ricky Lee has been a small business owner and family practice physician for more than 25 years. This gives him keen insight into the dangers of socialized medicine and a deep passion for keeping America free and prosperous by proudly standing up for capitalism and individual liberty.

His two latest song releases are We’re Going to have a PAR-TEA or Freedom and Freedom, Family and Faith, both written by Dr. Jackson.

Dr. Ricky Lee is also a Nashville country music recording artist, having achieved success and chart position with his album The Other Side in the 1990s.

As a political candidate and grassroots activist for conservative principles, he twice ran for Congress in his home state of Washington on a platform of economic growth, individual freedom and responsibility, and limited government.

Ricky Lee is also a family man, married more than 30 years to his wife, Jeanine, with three children and a growing list of grandchildren. When Ricky Lee Jackson sings about Freedom, Family and Faith—and now TEA, too, he knows what he's talking about, and he believes most Americans share his belief that what makes America great isn’t our government – it’s our freedom, our families and our faith.

When asked why he writes his songs Ricky Lee says, “They are songs dedicated to the courage, wisdom, and foresight of the Founders of our nation, to those who have given their lives in the defense of liberty, and to all who are sacrificing to promote our unique American heritage of freedom, family, and faith.”
