The law also demands that those statistics be posted on an allegedly secure national exchange. In order to qualify for federal subsidies, healthcare providers will need to make such data available on all patients by no later than 2014. The Centers for Disease Control claim body fat is a valid screening tool to predict a variety of potential health issues, and Michelle Obama has made childhood obesity her primary cause to address.
